Building a native iOS MVP from zero to one for a HYROX partner-athlete matching platform. Partnering with the CEO, Head of Product and iOS engineer to define core UX, leverage Apple-native components, prototype directly in Xcode, and accelerate implementation with Claude. Senior Product Designer • 05/2025 - 11/2025
Designed an end-to-end transactional flow spanning identity, wallet connection, token creation, and first purchase. Reached 83% completion and 63% first-buy rates by using Amplitude and Lyssna data to remove friction across the funnel.
Designed a cross-platform identity and authentication experience for external wallet connection (Phantom, MetaMask), enabling users to transact across the ecosystem with their existing credentials.
Redesigned the Audius Wallet as a financial portfolio with historical value tracking, navigating complex token-price logic and evolving engineering constraints.
Built a Figma plugin with Cursor using the Audius Bridge API to pull real artwork into mockups, speeding up workflow and improving stakeholder reviews.
Redesigned the fan discovery experience across web and mobile into a unified, personalized surface, improving engagement through consistent patterns and dynamic content.

Redesigned Audius’ sign-up experience based on a full usability testing initiative, from participant recruitment through facilitation, synthesis, and updated flows.
Led competitor analysis to define commenting patterns and engagement expectations, then designed the new comment feature across flows, interactions, and visuals, reaching SoundCloud parity and introducing supporter badges to highlight top fans.
Created a scalable “ways of working” system for Audius’ Figma organization, including a live source-of-truth file, cleanup of outdated components, and a full system audit using Library Analytics.
